MEET LUCIA WILLIAMS
My name is Lucia Williams, and I am the Founder of Ascend Pro Health. I have over 15 years of experience supporting children, young people, and adults with mental health and complex needs across a wide range of services in the UK.Throughout my career, I have worked across education, residential care, CAMHS, Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (PICU), acute inpatient settings, community mental health services, forensic services, drug and alcohol services, and secure and step-down units. This breadth of experience enables me to provide well-rounded, responsive, and person-centred support tailored to individual needs.My mission is to help individuals access the right support, build resilience, and move toward recovery, purpose, and meaningful community living.At Ascend Pro Health, I am committed to delivering structured, person-centred mental health outreach and recovery support grounded in dignity, collaboration, and practical outcomes.

I am committed to continuous professional development and remain up to date with current research, best practices, and developments in mental health and complex needs. I regularly engage in training, reflective supervision, and professional learning to ensure the highest standard of practice.
FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminology (BA Hons) and a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Clinical Psychology.
