ABOUT LUCIA WILLIAMS
My name is Lucia , and I am the Founder of Ascend Pro Health as well as a dedicated Caseworker.I have over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with mental health and complex needs. Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of settings in the UK, including: Education,Residential homes,CAMHS,Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (PICU),Acute Care,Drug & Alcohol services,Community Mental Health Services,Forensic Mental Health Services,Secure Mental Health Units and Step-Down Units.This breadth of experience allows me to provide person-centred mental health support and casework services to your service users. My mission is to work collaboratively with a wide range of professionals and organisations empowering service users to find hope, purpose, and the resources they need to live meaningful, fulfilling lives within their communities. I love learning and am committed to continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest research in mental health and complex needs. I regularly attend professional development training, workshops, and engage in supervision to ensure I provide the best possible support to those I work with.
FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS
I completed a Bachelors degree in Sociology and Criminology (BA Honours) and a Masters in Mental Health and Clinical Psychology
